  Salad dressings. Refills — known source of extra calories and fat that can spoil even the most healthy dish. Some studies show that women who eat a lot of vegetables, you get about 60% of the daily fat every day with salad dressings.





         Soups. Eating lunch hearty soup with bread or crackers, we convince ourselves that dieting. However, many types of soups contain a lot of calories and fat. Cream soups or soups made with milk can be quite fatty and contain more than 300 calories per serving.
