Sleepbox: seamless ethnofunctional furniture for public spaces.
This streamlined design is neutral, ergonomic and performs two functions. Designed for installation in public places such as train stations, airports, offices, etc., Sleepbox is an open bench and relaxing in a relatively secluded location.
The model was developed at the Department of automation of architectural design (ETH Zurich), manufactured and produced in collaboration with the company Klausler Acrylstein AG by thermoforming.
Sleepbox is the ideal place for those who are always on the go. Here you can retire with a laptop, phone or book and even get some sleep.
And thanks to the futuristic design, these mysterious objects can not only harmoniously to adapt to the modern public interiors, but also become their expressive decorative elements.
