Scientists called the secret to a good sleep

Scientists have found that playing sounds to the rhythm of the slow oscillations of the human brain, which is asleep, exacerbate these fluctuations, improve memory and improve sleep quality.

It became known that the slow oscillations of the brain, which occur during so-called healthy sleep, are essential for storing memories. Classical music will improve concentration and efficiency of the brain.

But recent studies have proven that music can be used to enhance these fluctuations. "It should be noted that the sound stimulation is effective only when the music sounds synchronously with the current slow rhythm oscillations during deep sleep," reports co-author Dr. Jan born of the University of Tuebingen in Germany.
