How nature helps to reduce stress?

The researchers measured the stress levels of volunteers when they were in different urban environments. As a result, they found that the subjects, the degree of stress was much lower at the time when they were in the "green" areas and parks.

"Constant work is exhausting stamina and energy. But a walk in the fresh air, even if the time is short, can help your brain to recover," says study author Jenny ROE.

Previous experiments have shown that being in nature is the result of hormonal changes, which in turn reduces physical signs of stress.
