Bread is the cause of chronic fatigue

For the last time in American hospitals, cases patients who complain of a strange syndrome, which is characterized by the inability to concentrate, as reported by Davis. In the modern varieties of wheat, according to Dr. William Davis, contains genmodificirebuli protein that causes symptoms of constant fatigue, as well as contributing to weight gain. The expert primarily focuses his attention on the fact that the consumption of white bread in unlimited quantities leads to the lack of fiber in the body, and without it, normal brain function is impossible.



Wheat grown and consumed today, according to Davis, is very different from that which received 40-50 years ago. Now in the structure of grain there is gliadin a new protein, which is similar to opiates, activating certain receptors in the brain in humans and causes a greater appetite. Thus, the person starts to consume more calories every day.
