Convenient navigator for a bicycle

We all ride bicycles. Well, some of us are. When you go to work or university, there are no problems with navigation, as a rule, this is the usual route. Another thing is when you need to get to a new place, or even even want to ride. Then in unfamiliar places you have to stop from time to time to look at the map.

In order not to do this, Pete Morgan (Piet Morgan) came up with Hammerhead - a navigation system that will tell the cyclist the direction of movement using LEDs. It receives data from a special application for a smartphone. The application will be distributed for free for the most popular platforms - Android and iOS. Without smartphones, there is no place now – and the Copenhagen wheel works with them, and children can be drunk. You can also turn them off and get discounts at the restaurant. In short, it's all good.

Pete launched a crowdfunding campaign, and raised more money than he had planned — 131% of the original amount. That was $190,000. Then a barometer was added to the basic functions to save data on the track heights.

Hammerhead will work its way based on data from its servers. And fill the base of routes will be both the creators of the application and users. By the way, in order to access the maps it is not necessary to buy a navigator, the application can be used without it. On the Hammerhead website, you can leave your email address and you will be notified that the application can be downloaded.

Now, while the navigator is not on the shelves of online stores, you can pre-order. It'll cost $85. When it goes on sale (September of this year), the price will increase to $110. At the same time, it will be delivered free of charge to the United States, and sent to any country for a fee.
