It is assumed that tenants will be able to save on all utility bills — from 30-40% on electricity and heating, as well as up to 60% on hot water supply", — said Korolev.According to him, during the year the specialists of regional management of housing and communal services will monitor energy consumption and amounts of payments. If the new technology will significantly reduce the costs of tenants on utility bills, these houses will start to build in all parts of the region.
