The first tenants will receive the keys to the apartment today. Just energy-efficient building will accommodate about 60 people in 18 apartments. This will accommodate the participants of the program on resettlement of dilapidated and emergency housing.

The house was built with funds of state Corporation "Fund of assistance to reforming housing and communal services", the regional and district budgets. The house was built in just seven months.

"The building was built using the most modern energy-saving technologies. It is equipped with solar panels and a solar collector, energy which is enough to ensure obschedomovyh needs. It is assumed that tenants will be able to save on all utility bills — from 30-40% on electricity and heating, as well as up to 60% on hot water supply", — said Korolev.According to him, during the year the specialists of regional management of housing and communal services will monitor energy consumption and amounts of payments. If the new technology will significantly reduce the costs of tenants on utility bills, these houses will start to build in all parts of the region.
