Salad of boiled cod in the bag
The preparation of this superpolator and original salad you spend just 15 minutes!
Extravagant combination of fish, fruits and vegetables should not scare you, it's delicious. It is especially recommended to those who follow the figure!
RECIPE of SALAD OF BOILED COD IN the BAGShould be:
(4 servings)
200 g frozen cod fillets
2 ripe pears
1 slice of lemon
1 cucumber
1 orange
small bunch of arugula (you can substitute any greens that you have on hand)
1 Bay leaf
a bunch of dill
salt, black pepper – to taste
50 g walnuts – for decoration
Filling:
4 tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt – to taste
How to cook:
1. Boil cod until tender in salted water. For flavor you can put in the water, Bay leaf, fresh dill and a few peppercorns. Remove the fish from the broth, cool. Cut into small pieces.
2. Cut pears in half. With a sharp knife carefully cut in each half of the recess. Sprinkle pears with lemon juice.
3. Clean the cucumber from the rind and seeds, cut into small cubes. Cut the orange flesh and chop. Finely chop the rucola.
4. For the filling whip the cream with the sugar and salt.
5. Combine all salad ingredients, season, mix gently. Fill pears. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
