Ego is the main tool for creating illusions
Ego is not a sign that a man loves himself, but just the opposite.
If a lot of people "bragging" and "drawn", the question arises, what they don't like about yourself that they have as compensation to force others to love yourself?
Real self love dissolves the ego, not increases it. In other words, the more you understand Who You Really Are, the less your ego.
When you fully know Who You Really Are, your ego will disappear completely.
Your ego is who you think you are. It has nothing to do with Who You Really Are.
To have your ego well. In fact, very good, because you need the ego to get experience that you're going through, you perceive yourself as a separate entity in the world of relativity.
You came into the world of relativity to experience something you could never experience in the Field of the Absolute. You seek to experience Who You Are in Reality. In the Absolute, you know, but can't test it. Your soul wants to know itself experimentally. The reason you cannot experience any aspect of Who You Are in the Absolute, that in this area there is no aspect that you hadn't been.
Absolute is what it is, is Absolute. All in all. Alpha and omega, between which there is nothing. "Absolute" does not have degrees of differences. The degree of difference only exist in the Relative.
You can experience the splendor of Unity with the whole only in case if there will be any state or condition, which may not be a Unity with Everything. But as in the Absolute — which is the ultimate reality all is One, that is not One with Everything is impossible.
What is possible is the illusion of Unity with all. It is for this illusion and was created the Sphere of the Relative. This world is similar to Wonderland, which traveled Alice, things are not what they seem and seem what they are not.
Your ego is the most important tool for creating this illusion. It allows you to imagine yourself separate from the Rest of You. The ego is the part of you that believes you're separate.
You're not an individual, but you should be individualized to comprehend and appreciate the whole experience. In this sense "good" to have ego. Considering the fact that you're trying to do is "good".
But too many ego considering you're trying to do, "not good." Because you're trying to use the illusion of separateness in order to better understand and assess the experience of Unity, that is Who You Are in Reality.
When the ego becomes so huge that you can only see their own "I", any opportunity to experience a holistic "I" disappears and you're lost. You literally get lost in his world of illusion and can remain in this state for many lives, until finally you pull your "I" out of there or until someone else — another soul — pulls you. That's what "back to you". This idea founded the Christian churches in the concept of "Savior". The only mistake made by these churches is that they declared themselves and their religion the only way to "salvation", thus once again reinforcing the illusion of separateness — the very illusion from which they were trying to save you!
