Scientists about the benefits of organic products

The team from Newcastle University analyzed 343 previous studies conducted around the world, looking at the composition of organic and conventional crops. Scientists came to the conclusion that the transition to a diet of organic fruits, vegetables and grains and foods made from them, provides a significant increase in the consumption of antioxidants. Moreover, such agricultural products had levels of pesticides are a quarter less compared to conventional products, and there were lower levels of toxic heavy metals.
