1. Watermelon salad with feta

1/2 watermelon

1/2 red bulb

1 yellow sweet pepper

1 jalapeño pepper

1 small tuft of cilantro

1-2 limes

1/2 tsp salt

Cut all the ingredients finely. Add salt and lime juice to taste. Let me stand for 15 minutes.

Serve with fried potatoes, fish or grilled chicken.

100ml limoncello
