White fish baked with spinach

Today we have a men's day, and we cook "real food". This dish is one of my favorite boys: they just love stuffed white fish.
I often buy fillets flounder — a fish similar to flounder.
This fish has a very delicate texture, and cooks in 15 minutes and has no bright fish (not beloved) smell.

We need: (3 servings)

3 white fish fillet

1/2 Cup (250 g) frozen spinach

1/2 bulbs

2 tbsp. lemon juice

Black pepper, salt (for children without salt)

Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 175C/350F.

Processed fish juice, pepper, salt. Cut the onion.

In the pan pour a little oil and stew the onion with spinach. The onion should become translucent and the spinach to thaw.

Grease a form with butter, put the fish in there. On each fillet put the filling and wrap. Lay the fillets to each other, if they, suddenly, because of the difference of the shapes will fall apart. Put in oven for 15 minutes.
