By the way, I always freeze it a lot since the summer: then I use it for pancakes like this or for salted pies.

Green pancake Ingredients
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g spinach
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp soda or baking powder
  • 300g flour
  • 250 ml of water
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt


Preparation
  1. Wash your spinach beforehand. Put water in the bowl, add spinach. Cut the blender to uniformity.



  2. Pour the spinach mass into the bowl. Add eggs, salt, sugar, flour and baking powder or soda. Hit it with a blender.



  3. Pour the milk and vegetable oil and whip the blender again.



  4. Fry pancakes on both sides until ready in a heated pan with vegetable oil.



  5. You can eat pancakes just like that, or you can add to them. stuffing. Of my favorites - this stuffing with cream cheese, red fish and cucumber. Or with Adyghe cheese with sour cream and Bulgarian pepper. You can also add a couple of twigs of dill, this is optional. Depending on the filling, lubricate the pancake with either cream cheese or Adyghe cheese. Add a fish with cucumber or pepper, and then wrap the pancake. It's delicious. Bon appetit!
