Tea with spices— three autumn ideas

1. Tea with lemon, rosemary and ginger

boiling water — 400 ml
rosemary — 1 branch
a slice of lemon — 4 PCs.
ginger — 40 g

Put in kettle rosemary, a wedge of lemon and slices of ginger root. Pour it into the kettle of boiling water and insist tea for 10 minutes.
Tea is served hot. Tea can be honey, white or brown lump sugar. It is better to serve tea in a special burner — so it will stay hot longer.

The subtleties of tea
— The longer the tea infuses, the more intense is its taste.

2. Tea with cinnamon and star anise

water — 300 ml
tea bag — 1 PC.
cinnamon stick — 1/2
star anise — 1 asterisk
lemon — 1 slice
honey -1 to 2 tsp.

1. Boil water, pour into heat resistant Cup with the tea bag. Brew for 30 seconds, remove the bag.
2. Add the cinnamon stick, star anise, allow to stand for 5 minutes.
3. Then add honey and a slice of lemon, stir. Serve immediately.

3. Tea with apples and cinnamon

tea black or green 1 tbsp
sugar, honey — to taste
Apple — 2 PCs.
cinnamon sticks — 2 PCs.
a slice of lemon, mint — optional

Apples good wash, remove seeds, cut into cubes or slices.
Spread the chopped apples so that they filled half the Cup, add a cinnamon stick.
Pour the apples and cinnamon brewed tea and allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
Add sugar or honey to taste.
