The ingredients
- 20g fresh ginger root
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 green cardamom capsules
- 3 buds of cloves
- 2 tbsp black tea
- 750 ml of water
Preparation
- Cut a small piece weighing 20 g from the root of ginger, peel it from the skin and cut it with thin circles. Put them in a pan, pour 750 ml of water, add a cinnamon stick, cardamom seeds and cloves buds. Bring the water with spices to a boil, turn off the fire under the pan and let it brew for 10 minutes under the lid.
- Add 2 tbsp of black tea to a pot of spices and leave to brew as much as you think is necessary for the strength of the drink.
