Ginger hot chocolate



Ingredients:

Semisweet chocolate — 110 g
Milk — 2 cups
Water — 2 cups
Ground ginger — 2 teaspoons
Honey — 3 tablespoons
A pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

In a small saucepan place all ingredients and put on a small fire. Cook, stirring, until chocolate is completely dissolved. Stir until smooth.
Pour into chocolate cups and serve.
