Flax cereal is the best cereal




Many have heard that it is very useful to eat flax seeds, but how and where add is not entirely clear. Someone adds something to salads, someone in the cheese, and I suggest you to make a mess. Lenana porridge is a great nutritious Breakfast. Flax seeds contain vitamins a, C, E, F, potassium, manganese and various amino acids, antioxidants, fatty acids omega-3 and much more. This porridge is suitable for raw food menu, as it does not undergo thermal treatment. We will need (for 2 servings):
  • 50g of Flaxseed
  • 2 apples
  • 2 tbsp. blueberries
  • honey to taste
At night zamachivaem flax seeds in the morning they will slightly increase in volume. Clear the apples from the core and rind, add to the seeds and puree them in a blender. You can add a small amount of water ( 1/4 Cup). Finished porridge spread on a plate, add the honey and berries. I used frozen blueberries.
