Grilled pepper stuffed with tuna mousse
Very easy to prepare and quite light. Can be served both hot and cold, the ingredients can be varied according to your taste.
INGREDIENTS:
Filling:
6 sweet peppers a small size
1 can of tuna in oil (240 g)
1 tbsp chopped capers (1 small pickled cucumber)
2 stalks of green onions
1 clove of garlic (1/2 tsp dry)
3 tbsp sour cream (mayonnaise)
2 tsp. sweet mustard
1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
2 boiled egg yolks
1 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional)
50 ml chopped dill
salt, lemon pepper (black)
For the sauce:
50 ml natural yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chopped dill
salt, pepper
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
To Sagalovich peppers and peel away skin. Drain the oil from tuna.Fry the breadcrumbs until Golden brown in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind until smooth.
Mix all ingredients for sauce and whisk.
Stuff the peppers with mousse and put at least an hour in the fridge, or ready to put the peppers for 10 minutes in the preheated to 220 degrees C oven.
To serve the peppers, watering sauce.
