Baked shrimp in garlic sauce





Delicious dish which you can afford often enough. Very tasty and healthy. Suitable for those who lose weight and for those who are gaining muscle mass (due to the high protein content).

Ingredients:

  • Shrimp (large, peeled) 800 g
  • Fresh lemon juice 1/4 Cup
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Lemon peel 1 teaspoon
  • Ground red pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chopped parsley 2 tbsp.
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 250C. Lay shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish greased with olive oil (it will take 1 tbsp in the recipe). Mix the lemon juice and all remaining ingredients, except parsley. Pour this mixture into the shrimp. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the prawns are ready. Remove the baked shrimp and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Optionally, the dish can be sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve immediately. Recipe makes 4 servings.published
