Taoist morning exercise

According to one of the main postulates of Taoism, the ancient oriental teaching, good health gives a person the vital energy of qi. And in order for it to circulate throughout the body, you need to perform various exercises daily. And start the day with the complex “daoin”.
Ear exercises.
With the thumb and index fingers of both hands, massage the ears in smooth up and down movements (18 times). Breathing must be uniform. Then cover your ears with your palms, close your fingers on the back of your head and slightly hit it with your index fingers (3 times).
Auricle massage activates biologically active points that are connected to all internal organs. Tapping on the back of the head reflexively tones the brain, reduces dizziness and noise in the ears.
Nose exercises.
On the outside of the lower phalanx of the thumb (for women - the left hand, for men - the right) rub the nose from the tip to the nose and back until it warms up. Then, with two index fingers, simultaneously massage the nose on the sides from the inner corners of the eye to the nostrils and back. Keep your fingers open (18 times).
Nose massage activates points energetically associated with the heart, lungs and duodenum.
Eye exercises.
Close your eyes, relax. With pads of thumbs, barely touching the eyelids from the outer corners of the eyes to the inner (18 times). Then vigorously swipe them along the eyebrows from the nose to the temples (18 times). After that, without opening your eyes, bring the eyeballs up and down and right and left (18 times).
These exercises strengthen vision and activate the nervous system, bringing it “on alert”.
Face exercise.
With the tips of all your fingers, swipe down the face, slightly pressing as if you were washing yourself (18 times).
This exercise relieves tension and harmonizes the energy flows associated with the brain.
Neck exercise.
Sit down, relax. Cross your fingers on the back of your head, raise your head and look up at the ceiling. Clutch your fingers on the back of your head, trying to bend your neck. Tighten your neck to resist pressure. Repeat three times. Each week increase the number of presses and gradually bring them to nine. More repetitions should not be done.
This exercise normalizes cerebral circulation, circulation of cerebrospinal fluid, lymph and venous blood.
Shoulder joint exercise.
Sitting on a chair, rub the right shoulder joint in circular movements clockwise. Then the right hand is left (18 times).
This exercise relieves joint pain, improves blood circulation and normalizes energy metabolism.
Knee joint exercise.
When sitting, massage both knees with your palms clockwise (100 times).
This exercise relieves pain and swelling and calms the nervous system.
Pelvic floor muscle exercise.
Sit on a chair, put your hands on your knees. When inhaling, strain the muscles of the buttocks and thighs and draw in the anus (end of the rectum). Relax your muscles 24 times.
This exercise strengthens the pelvic floor, sphincters of the bladder and rectum, as well as the muscles of the uterus. It helps men with impotence.
Body exercises.
Sit on a chair, place your foot on your foot and palm around your upper knee (left first). Turn your torso and head to the right and left at the same time (18 times).
