- Put your legs on the width of your shoulders, your hands on your belt. Make 4 tilts of the head up and down. Do not chat your head quickly, so as not to damage the vertebrae, try to stretch the muscles of the cervical region.

- Slowly and carefully make circular head movements to the right and left 3 times.

- Arms straight, right hand up, left hand down. Alternately do swings up and down, with a little spring with your hands. Say it 6 times.
- Put your hands on your shoulders and make circular movements back and forth 4 times.
- Mach with both hands forward, then back 4 times.
- Put your hands behind your head, elbows apart. Bend to the right foot and to the left. Repeat 4 times.
- Raise your right hand up, put your left behind your back. Lean to the left with your right hand raised, then to the right with your left hand raised. Repeat 3 times each way.
- Bend your right leg in your knee right in front of you. Slowly pull your knee with your hands to your stomach. Repeat to each side 2-3 times. If you can’t stay on one leg, stretch near the wall or back of a chair.
- Put your hands on your belt, bend one leg in your knee. The knee is directed to the side, try to understand the leg as high as possible. Raise and lower your foot on the floor 3 times, repeat the exercise on the other side.
- Spread your legs wide, hands on your belt. Do shallow squats 4-6 times.
