Caloric value per 100 g: 214 kcal B — 24 F — 3.6 I — 25
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese (0,5%) — 140 g
- Milk (0.5%) — 150 ml
- Natural yoghurt (or 2.2% to 3.2%) — 100 g (can be less yoghurt)
- Oatmeal — 20 grams
- Cocoa powder — 1-2 tsp
- Blueberries — 180 g
- Gelatin sheet — 5 sheets
- The sweetener "Stevia" — to taste
1. Cover the bottom of the form with cling film. This can not be done if you have a suitable silicone mold. Spread on the bottom half (actually, at its sole discretion) of blueberries.
2. Soak the gelatin in cold water. (Gelatin is different as to prepare it for further use, it is better to look on the packaging)
3. Prepare the mousse: cheese, milk and 2 tablets of sah. Deputy good blend. The resulting mass had the consistency of a drinkable yogurt the average density. Half remove. To the remainder add the blueberries, again whisk. Got the purple mass.
4. Squeeze half a sheet of gelatin, heat it in the microwave for 5 seconds. (He in any case should not boil!) Pour the gelatin into the purple mass, and whisk. Pour berries, put in the freezer.
5. Cooked oatmeal (on water!). Can in the microwave, on the stove. My boil 10 minutes. 6. White layer: heat now 1 sheet of gelatin. Pour in the white goo, whip it and pour it over frozen purple layer. To clean the freezer.
7. In the cooled oatmeal, add yogurt, cocoa powder, 2 tablets of saksama. Heated 2 sheets of gelatin (gelatin here more, because the mass is "support" and needs to be denser) Whisk, pour the last layer shokoladniy. And now we send our mousse not in the freezer, just in fridge to infuse overnight.
8. In the morning, the mousse is easy to pull out. Cut it into pieces and serve! published
