Vegetable pizza without flour
For tomato sauce "chutney":
- olive oil – 3 tbsp + 2 tsp;
- oregano or Basil – sprig fresh pinch dried;
- carrots, fresh grated – 0,5 article;
- green chilli, crushed – a quarter of a century;
- chili, ground – 1 tsp.;
- tomatoes – 5 pieces, meaty, cut into quarters, or rather large;
- lemon juice – 0.5 tsp.;
- salt, different spices at your discretion.
- fresh cow milk – 1 liter;
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp (or 1 tsp citric acid, or 0.5 tbsp. yogurt is quite sour or curdled milk);
- paneer, cut into cubes – 0,5 article;
- cauliflower, disassembled into florets – 2 tbsp.;
- banana – half;
- oregano or Basil – 5-6 sprigs (or dry oregano to taste);
- other spices and salt, at the discretion
Add salt according to your taste, add 0.5 cups of water, bring to a boil, diminished heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes, until you evaporate nearly all the liquid – to the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Add 0.5 tsp. of lemon juice and off the heat, allow to cool.
Grind in a blender, additionally wipe through a sieve, return to saucepan, after adding to it 1 tsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of ground red Chile, chili, stir evenly.
Cook to desired consistency on low heat, stirring occasionally. Watch so it doesn't stick, optional add sugar to your taste.
For making paneer:
Milk bring to a boil, set aside. Add very slowly svertyvayuschee substance, stirring continuously until the whey will be a greenish-transparent (can go and not everything you have prepared for has been curdled and strained).

Pizza:
Chop cauliflower and oregano in food processor until grain sprouts.

A banana mash with a fork, add a quarter Cup of breadcrumbs, salt, spices and prepared cauliflower.
Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Baking sheet, form, or pizza stone and spread with butter.
Place the mass of the pizza and spread evenly with a layer of 1.5 — 2 cm
On top lightly grease with oil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until Golden brown that the pizza was crispy on the edges and well baked in the center.
Remove the prepared base from the oven, brush it with prepared sauce chutney and place on top of toppings (sliced tomatoes, thin slices of squash, zucchini, eggplant, greens, etc.). You can use whatever you like.
The remaining paneer crumble evenly on top. Bake for another 10 minutes. Cool. published
