Greek shrimp salad

Prepare this extremely light and healthy salad and eat it with any meal. Perfect for dinner!
Ingredient:

  • Shrimp 500g
  • Cherry tomatoes 5-6.
  • Cucumbers 2-3 pieces.
  • Bulgarian pepper 1⁄2 pcs.
  • Brine cheese (brynza, feta or other) 80 g
  • Olives 12.
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Dill and parsley greens
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoon
  • salt
Preparation:

Shrimp with boiling water and clean from shells. Cut the tomatoes into halves. Lay them in a bowl, add straw-chopped peppers and cucumber slices. Cut the olives with rings and add them to other foods. Put your hands on the salad leaves. Add the diced cheese. Stick the greens finely and send them to a salad. Finish with lemon juice and olive oil. Done!
