RECIPE FOR CHICKEN THIGHS WITH VEGETABLES IN THE SLEEVE

What you need:

  • 1.2 kg chicken thighs
  • 600 g potatoes
  • 350 g of tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 200 ml of water
  • half a lemon
  • 0.5 tsp. ground white pepper
  • salt
How to cook chicken thighs with vegetables in the sleeve:

1. Skin the chicken thighs, sprinkle with 1 tsp salt, a pinch of pepper and how to RUB meat.

2. Slice the onion into half rings, potatoes and tomatoes in large slices. Season with remaining pepper and salt. Cut one half of lemon into slices.

3. Put all ingredients in a sleeve and gently place on a baking sheet.

RECIPE CARP IN SOUR CREAM WITH SPICES

  • 250 g of sour cream 20% fat
  • half a lemon
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1/3 tsp of black pepper and oregano

How to cook carp in sour cream with spices:

1. Thoroughly rinse the fish and generously RUB with salt, spices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave it for 15 minutes to marinate, then cover the cream and place it into the sleeve along with the rosemary.

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic

  • 60 g butter

How to cook pork in the sleeve:
