Preparation
  1. Cut 700g of chicken fillet in long stripes.


  2. Put the meat in a bowl. Add 25 grams of instant gelatin, dill, salt, paprika and 5 crushed cloves of garlic. A little peppery meat and mix thoroughly.


  3. Place the meat in your sleeve for baking, putting the pieces on top of each other. Leave the meat up your sleeve to stand for about an hour at room temperature: it will have time to pickle slightly.


  4. Put the meat up your sleeve in a baking mold. Put the form in a heated to 180 degrees oven and bake marble meat for 1 hour.


  5. Take the meat out of the oven and let it cool slightly. Untie one edge of your sleeve to let out excess air. Cover the meat with foil, folded in several layers, put a load on it. It is very convenient to use 1 kg of any cereal as a cargo. When the form is completely cool, put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours.




  6. Done! The meat looks amazing... A decent snack for the festive table!
