How to cook Imereti khachapuri:

1. In warm milk add sugar and yeast, pour in vegetable oil, add 3 tbsp flour, mix thoroughly to avoid lumps, and put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.

How to cook lazy khachapuri:

Filling:

  • 300 g Suluguni
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 1 egg
 

How to cook puff khachapuri:

1. Beat egg yolks, add 2 tbsp water, soda, slaked vinegar, salt and pour water. Gradually add flour and knead the dough.

2. Margarine cut into slices 1 cm thick and divide into 3 parts.
