Khachapuri Imereti

What you need:

  • 500 ml yogurt

  • 1 egg


  • 600 grams of Imeretian cheese (no Imereti, take half the chicken, half of the mozzarella or the Adyghe)
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg

How to cook Imereti khachapuri:

1. In warm milk add sugar and yeast, pour in vegetable oil, add 3 tbsp flour, mix thoroughly to avoid lumps, and put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.

How to cook khachapuri for beginners:

What you need:

How to cook lazy khachapuri:

1. Eggs, sugar, and salt to combine and lightly whisk. Add the yoghurt.

2. Sift the flour and mix with baking powder. Enter the flour into the egg mixture and mix thoroughly. After 20 minutes, add cheese, chopped into small pieces. Stir again.

  • 1 pinch of salt


  • 300 g Suluguni
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 1 egg

How to cook puff khachapuri:

1. Beat egg yolks, add 2 tbsp water, soda, slaked vinegar, salt and pour water. Gradually add flour and knead the dough.

2. Margarine cut into slices 1 cm thick and divide into 3 parts.
