Recyclable goods will have to declare Bashny.Net

The Ministry of Russia developed a procedure for the disclosure by manufacturers and importers of goods subject to disposal.

The draft resolution "On approval of procedure for declaring manufacturers and importers of goods subject to disposal, the number released into circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation for the previous calendar year finished goods (including packaging)," submitted to the Government after coordination with interested Federal bodies of Executive power. In particular, the document was endorsed by the legal expertise of the Ministry of justice.





As noted by the head of Ministry of Russia Sergey Donskoy, the document will allow to create a fully functional database on volumes of waste in Russia. Information will be used, including, for calculation of the amount of environmental fees and reporting on the implementation of the regulations of recycling of products and packaging.

The procedure establishes requirements for manufacturers and importers of filling of the Declaration on the quantity of finished goods and packaging put into circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation for the previous calendar year.

The Declaration is filled on the basis of primary accounting documents issued by the manufacturer of the goods in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on accounting in respect of finished goods and packaging prior to release into circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation.

In addition, when filling out Declaration for the basis of customs documents issued by importers in accordance with the customs legislation in respect of finished goods and packaging.

The implementation of the powers contained in the document is implemented by the Federal service for supervision in the sphere of nature.published
