Potatoes in Italian: simple and delicious!





 

Potatoes stuffed with Italian

  • potatoes (large) — 8 PCs.
  • salt, pepper — to taste
  • cumin — 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf — 1 PC.
  • soft cheese — 150g
  • tomatoes (sundried) — 100g
  • zucchini — 200g
  • oregano — 1 tbsp
  • olive oil — 3 tbsp
HOW TO COOK?

Boil potatoes in salted water with caraway seeds and Bay leaf.

Cheese and tomatoes cut into large cubes.

Zucchini cut into thin longitudinal slices. Pour over boiling water, then cold water... Stir tomato and cheese, zucchini, oregano, pepper and 2 tbsp olive oil.

The top third of each potato to clean and remove from the tubers of the flesh.

Stuff the cheese filling and put in the form greased with olive oil.

Bake 10 minutes at 200C.
