INGREDIENTS for 2 servings
  • 1 Cup of Hercules
  • 4 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 Cup coconut milk
  • 2 medium persimmons
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cm fresh ginger root
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Honey, a few drops
