Salad with chickpeas and arugula

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup cooked chickpeas
  • 2 large lettuce leaf
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 small pot of sweet corn
  • olives 200 g
  • 1 stalk celery
  • a bundle of arugula
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon wedges
  • salt and pepper to taste


Olives cut into slices, avocado cubes, celery, cubes, greens to break it.

Mix all with chickpeas and corn.

For dressing mix the lemon juice with the oil, sprinkle salad, salt and pepper to taste and serve.published
