Find happiness in small things. . .
Often, the greatest pleasure in life brings us what we can taste, feel under the pads of our fingers, breathe in with our favorite aroma. This post is dedicated to all those who live by sensations and know how to find happiness in small things. After all, sometimes just to raise the mood is enough:
1. Remove uncomfortable shoes after prolonged torment.
2. Put your hand in a bag of buckwheat or rice.
3. Kiss the child on a gentle smooth cheek.
4. "Clapping" bubbles on the wrapping film.
5. Lie cheek on a cool pillow.
6. Take a shower at the temperature you like.
7. Eat the first piece of your favorite dish.
8. Falling into bed after a long day or a sleepless night.
9. For the first time, kiss someone you like.
10. To smell the new book.
11. Have your first sip of coffee in the morning.
12. Feel the rays of the southern sun on your skin.
13. Walk along the warm sand of the evening beach.
14. Wear clean, freshly ironed clothes.
15. Walk in the summer rain.
16. Dive into cool water on a hot day.
17. To attend a massage.
18. Run barefoot through the grass.
19. Inhale the smell of ozone after a thunderstorm.
20. Burrow your hand into the fur of your favorite cat or dog.
21. Take a sip of cold water at a hot noon.
22. Touch the hair after the haircut.
23. Warm your frozen hands by the fire.
24. Sneezing after how long it hasn’t been.
25. Listen to and feel the purring of a cat lying on its chest.
26. Feel the smell of garlic thrown on a pan a few seconds ago in heated olive oil.
27. Go through small beads or beads or pass between the fingers a thin metal chain.
28. Brush your teeth with a new toothbrush.
29. Wear your glasses after you have cleaned them.
30. Feel like sucking under a spoon as you drive down a high hill.
31. Hug someone you missed a lot.
