French dressing

Peel and finely chop half of the garlic cloves.

Close the lid and shake well.


 

Lemon vinaigrette

Pour in a jar from under jam 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, add a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon.

Close the lid and shake well.

Dressing with balsamic vinegar

Pour in a jar from under jam 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, add a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Close the lid and shake well.
