  • 200 ml fresh carrot juice
  • 1/2 Cup mashed avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • a generous pinch of Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • sea salt to taste
