Mushroom casserole

Very serrno-mushroom casserole! Can be served as a separate dish, a side dish of baked potatoes. You can use fresh mushrooms and oyster mushrooms 1:1, and I have frozen forest mushrooms.

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms (forest, frozen) — 1 kg
  • Mozzarella — 200 g
  • Parmesan (or any hard cheese) — 80 g
  • Cream (10%) — 200 g
  • Rosemary (sprig)
  • Chili pepper (fresh) — 0,5 PCs
  • Garlic — 3-4 tooth.
  • Onions — 3-4 PCs
  • Olive oil (vegetable) — 2-3 tbsp
  • Butter — 50 g
  • Black pepper (ground)
  • Salt
How to prepare:

1. In a saucepan put 2-3 tbsp of olive oil, add finely chopped garlic, chopped chilli pepper, fry all this for a minute, add onions, roughly chopped, leaves of rosemary (with small twigs). Onions fry until Golden brown.

2. Mushrooms defrost in the microwave (defrost mode). Defrost to when cooking was less liquid.
Add to the skillet the mushrooms and fry them until tender (to the state of Golden brown). Add the butter, let it melt, stir.

3. Put the mushrooms in a heatproof dish, add sliced mozzarella, pour cream and put in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, five minutes before the end of time sprinkle with grated Parmesan (or other hard cheese) and bring to readiness, until Golden brown.
