INGREDIENTS
5 ounces baby spinach leaves
1 cup strawberries, sliced ​​
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced ​​
1 sweet apple, cored, halved and thinly sliced ​​
1 cup candied walnuts, sliced ​​

dressing
1 cup strawberries
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

garnish
Feta Cheese

PREPARATION
For decoration, push the straw through the strawberry from the tip of a green top to remove the body. (Or you can cut it with a knife!)
Add the remaining ingredients and dressing mix until smooth. Cool.
Cut strawberries, apples, onions and slices.
