Interoralny massage against nasolabial folds

The loss of elasticity of the zygomatic muscles leads to the fact that the nasolabial folds become deeper, muscles sag, they accumulated waste and consequently lost elasticity.

A simple massage can we relax these muscles, restore elasticity and thus reduce the nasolabial folds.




Extend the lips as if to pronounce the sound "E", click the index and middle fingers under the cheekbones, in large and small zygomatic muscle.

Then put in your mouth thumb between the gums and muscles of the face, from top to flatten the index and middle fingers. The thumb lies across the face muscles.

And then mash small muscle movements of the left and right index and middle finger, perpendicular to the muscle. At one point, do 5 motion, then move to the next position.



Thus fingers pass all six positions on each side. Repeat three times.
