Ingredients
300 g beef tenderloin 300 g udon (wheat noodles) 1 onion 2 sweet peppers 1 chili pepper 3 cloves garlic 200 g teriyaki sauce 1 bunch green onions salt and pepper < / cooking
Cut the tenderloin into thin strips. Boil udon. My vegetables and clean. Cut the onion and bell pepper strips. We grind the garlic and chili pepper. Meat cut into thin slices. Boil the egg noodles. Clear the onions, garlic and pepper. Cut the onion in small strips, crush the garlic and pepper. Fry over high heat for a few minutes the meat, then - onions, then - beans. After 7-10 minutes, add the garlic, chili pepper and soy sauce. Mix with noodles. Serve, sprinkled with herbs.



Buckwheat noodles with cheese and vegetables






Ingredients:

2 sweet peppers 1 onion 200 g Soba (buckwheat noodles) 100 g of cheese 2 tbsp. l. sesame 4-5 Art. l. soy sauce salt and pepper cooking
Clean the vegetables and cut them into thin strips. Boil noodles in salted water. In a hot frying pan fry the onion a few minutes, then - peppers until tender. Pour vegetables with soy sauce and remove to the side for 3-4 minutes, soaked to the vegetables. Mix the vegetables with noodles and grated cheese. Serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds.



Funchoza with seafood





Ingredients
< 300 g Funchoza 200 g seafood 100 g green peas 2 cloves garlic 1 sweet pepper < / green 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce salt and pepper cooking
Purified seafood pickle 20-30 minutes in a mixture of soy sauce and lemon juice. Fill Funchoza boiling water 5-7 minutes, drain the water. Clear the pepper and cut it into cubes, purify and crushed garlic. Fry sweet pepper, add the peas and garlic. Add the seafood and fry for another 5-7 minutes. Add the noodles and mix well. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped greens.
