"The idea to build a village came to my mind when I realized that I wanted to live in their own comfortable house near the water, located in a picturesque location in the forest. As a result, I created Amattsiems where my family lives today - myself and my children and grandchildren, friends and associates - people with similar views on life, the requirements for the place of residence and the environment. I confess that at first I created a project from a purely selfish reasons - I wanted to create a comfortable "habitat" for a loved one. On the basis and following the example of similar settlements in other countries and on the basis of my personal vision of how living in a comfortable place you can be in harmony with its neighbors and nature, not to disturb wildlife have developed internal rules of the village. These rules are designed for people who share my vision, the people who do not consider these rules ban people who are willing to respect for others - whether observance of silence, or the contents of the adjacent territory.
