Delicious lean mayonnaise on flax flour

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. l. flax meal
60 ml. water
125 ml. vegetable oil;
1-2 tsp mustard;
2 tablespoons lemon juice;
salt and sugar to taste.

The process of making mayonnaise from flax meal.

1. The flax flour, pour the water and heated. Constantly stir until thickened.

2. Subject to cool until it reaches room temperature or close to it.

3. Add a little sugar and salt, and whisk in a blender, slowly pouring vegetable oil.

Try not to add more than a tablespoon of oil at a time.

4. When the mixture acquires the texture of mayonnaise, add the lemon juice, mustard, salt and sugar to taste.

5. Linen mayonnaise is ready. In color it a little darker stores, but much tastier.
Use it in dishes, as well as any other mayonnaise!
