Yoga for tone and fatigue.




This series of exercises that will help get rid of fatigue in seconds!

1. Take a comfortable position sitting, relax, straighten up, shoulders down (as in the photo). Try at this point nothing to think and concentrate on the sensations.



2. Then stretch your arms over your head and start gently rocking their body on the exhale. Repeat the exercise 10-15 times.



3. Place your left hand on your right knee, and the fingertips of his right hand - his back. Begin to rotate, while trying to increase the angle of rotation of the body during exhalation.

Return to the original position and repeat the reversal in the opposite direction.



4. Go back to the starting position.

Begin to press the left knee to the chest, deploying it across the torso. Extend your right hand on top of his left foot, the fingertips of his left hand are placed behind you. On the exhale, gently turn, cycling body. On the inhale, return to center, adjust the position of the hands and feet, and stretch the other side.



5. To complicate exercise pull your right leg in the extended stretch. Return to starting position and repeat on the left side.
