For 7 days out to 10 kg. no refund + cleanses the body.

Day 1: drinking (drink all we want, including soups)

Day 2: vegetable (we eat salads in any amount, preferably with the addition of cabbage (it zhiroszhigatel))

Day 3: drinking

Day 4: fruit (we eat fruits, preferably grapefruit (fat burner))

Day 5: protein (we eat eggs, chicken (cooked), can be yogurt)

Day 6: drinking

Day 7: Exit Breakfast: Tea, 2 boiled eggs. Snack: Fruit Dinner: broth (can be easy to cook soup with rice or buckwheat) Snack: Fruit Dinner: salad (dressing: oil and salt).
