How to prepare:

Add the onion and cook until it becomes translucent. Add garlic, ginger and cumin. Fry for a few minutes. Add chickpeas and stir well so that it is coated with oil and spices. Add tomatoes and sugar, mix well. Closing the lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add greens, sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve with rice.

cashew nuts, soaked overnight - 1, Article 5. granulated cottage cheese - 1/2 Art. chopped spinach - 1 cup tomatoes - 1 kg konkiloni - 16 pcs. garlic - 4 cloves lemon juice - 4 tbsp. l. grated cheese oregano, basil, rosemary, black pepper - to taste olive oil boiled water - 1 / 4 v.

How to prepare:

Tomatoes drop in boiling water, remove their skin. Grind them in a blender. Garlic fry in olive oil and add the tomatoes, bring to a boil. Add spices (1/2 hr. Liter. Basil and oregano, rosemary little less) and sugar. Simmer over low heat until the consistency of thick cream. At the end add 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice and salt. While the sauce is stewed, prepare the stuffing. To do this, grind the cashews, garlic, lemon juice and boiled water in a blender. Then mix a lot with cottage cheese and chopped spinach. Season with salt and add the spices (black pepper, basil, oregano). Boil until half konkiloni, rinse in cold water. Fill them filling. In a baking dish pour the marinara sauce and put shells filling up. A tablespoon of sauce to pour shells, sprinkle with olive oil. Preheat oven to 220 degrees and bake 25 minutes.
