Do not rush to live

Agency McCann Erickson Moscow (ADV Group) with the assistance of the traffic police of Belarus conducted a social campaign "Do not jump to live" in Ufa. The reason for the action served as an acute problem of death on the roads of Russia. Difficult weather conditions, imperfect state of the road, speeding and other factors give the sad statistics: in 2008 the number of fatalities in road accidents on Russian roads amounted to 29 936 thousand people.
As you know, in Russia (as in many other countries), there is a tradition to mark places where there was a car accident, and people died. Usually this road bollards, which in memory decorated with wreaths and flowers.

As part of the action on one of the most difficult sections of the road length of 1500 meters, it was taken by 200 funeral wreaths. "The road of death" ended with a banner with the slogan "Do not hurry to live." During the campaign the average speed of vehicles on the site where the event was held, has declined substantially. People are shocked by the appearance of so many funeral wreaths on the familiar road.

Agency McCann Erickson plans to hold a rally, "Do not jump to live" and in other regions of Russia.
