Useful and tasty dressing to any dish: homemade mayonnaise-based flax seeds.

Many people have long ceased to buy mayonnaise in store. Everyone knows how it can be harmful. It is better not to be lazy and cook homemade mayonnaise without food colors, artificial flavors, preservatives and so on. Generally, homemade mayonnaise made with chicken eggs, but in this recipe they are not, but there is a flax meal. Flax seeds are very helpful in any way. They contain omega-3 fatty acid, lignans, cellulose and to help prevent cancer. Also the seeds of these include "vitamins youth" - A and E, as well as potassium, magnesium, manganese, antioxidants, amino acids and so on. Try to cook this healthy and tasty mayonnaise at home.





Ingredients:

2 tbsp. l. flax meal; 60 ml of water; 125 ml of vegetable oil; 1-2 h. liter. mustard; 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice; salt and sugar (to taste). How to prepare:

1. Prepare flax flour. To do this, grind flax seeds using a grinder or blender.
2. Pour water flax flour. Then put the pan with this mixture on low heat, heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
2. After allowed to cool to room temperature.
3. Add a little sugar and salt in a blender and vzbey, slowly pouring vegetable oil. Do not add more than 1 item. l. oil at a time.
4. When the mixture becomes creamy, add the lemon juice and mustard.

Mayonnaise from flax meal is ready! It will be slightly darker in color than the store, but much tastier and healthier. For a golden hue, you can add a pinch of turmeric or saffron.
