Cauliflower and green peas

4 tablespoons ghee
0, 5 tablespoons fresh ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
8-10 curry leaves or
1 bay leaf
1 large head cauliflower 1, 5 kg
0.5 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp red pepper (cayenne pepper, or)
coriander or parsley
250 grams of green peas (you can ice cream)
Article 2-4. spoons of water
1 tsp salt
0, 5 cups of sour cream or cream
1. Heat the ghee or vegetable oil, toss in a cumin seeds. Fry them until brown
color, add curry leaves or bay leaves and cauliflower, lightly fry. Add turmeric, paprika or cayenne pepper and half of the fresh herbs. Roast, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower lightly browned. Add the peas and 2-4 Art. tablespoons of water, cover and reduce heat. Stirring occasionally, cook for 15-20 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
2. Before serving, season with salt, the remaining herbs and yogurt, sour cream or cream. If you like, garnish
each serving with a sprig of parsley.
