Mosaic photos of Michel Lamolera at first glance seem meaningless and not very catchy look.

But in fact, the German photographer came up with something special. He photographed the same place at different times, and then connects the images in multiple layers by applying clever masks and tools. And to obtain such multilayer texture photo.













I called his project "Tavtohronika" the combination of the terms «tauto» - translated as "equal, the same" and «chronos» - time. People never show themselves to truly and constantly changing over time. Only that you are one, and after a minute's another. You elusive. And changeable.









Project Lamolera metaphorical, he is trying to say that time erases the boundaries, and the man with all his influence is not able to act on the surroundings.
