In the capital of Hungary, on the territory of an abandoned building was implemented a very unusual project bistro, made in the spirit of the Chinese catering establishments in New York, the 30-ies.

Such a bistro restaurant in the Big Apple was a huge amount. Especially, they grew like mushrooms in Chinatown. Former pubs or simply warehouses hastily turned into a cozy catering establishments. The project «Spíler Shanghai» was created out of nothing. The lion's share of materials was found at numerous flea markets and local aesthetics filled with designers, as well as several reproductions of works by Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
