Tu154m VS Goose
Accidents and disasters caused by rare birds. On average, it accounts for about 1st accident with fatalities on one billion flight hours (wiki).

30.09.2008 of the flight BRU 8478 from a / c to Antalya (Turkey) - "National a / p Minsk" on the Tu-154 EW-85706, after taking off from a / c Antalya, set at an altitude of 300 meters at a speed of 428 km / h (according to the MSRP - magnetic recording system flight mode) the crew felt a blow to the starboard forward fuselage. Aircraft system parameters have not changed. The crew continued the flight and made a safe landing in the "National Airport Minsk".

Number 4 (not airtight fuselage);
- Longitudinal, triangular (the form), digging material sealed fuselage skin between the trowels. Number 4, 5 (with direction from the top of the trowels. № 4 of trowels. № 5) on p. № 21 size 170h100 mm;
- In the area of cross-gap material cladding, at p. 22 number on the bottom of the spherical power pressure bulkhead number 4 has a break-through 220 mm long with a dent 220h300h45 mm. plating material along the line (pressurized fuselage).
