Preparation:

2 pieces of carrot,
1/2 cup white beans,

1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil, salt and herbs to taste.
Preparation: Cooked beets, potatoes, carrots and cucumber cut into small cubes. Onions and finely chop the greens. Chopped vegetables combine with sauerkraut, boiled beans and season with vegetable oil.

Ingredients: 1 kg of pork or veal leg 300g shin of veal, 1 onion, 3 carrots, 3 bay leaves, 5 peppercorns, 2 stalks of celery, 2 cloves of garlic, water, salt, chopped parsley, 1/3 Glasses vinegar. < br />
Preparation:
Cut the legs into several parts. Cook legs, pork, vegetables, bay leaf, pepper, spices, garlic in water (to cover only) for 2 hours on low heat. Remove the scum, add salt to taste, add the parsley, vinegar and cook for another 2 hours. Strain the broth aside. Remove the legs and carrots. Discard the onion and spices. Cut the meat into slices and carrots.
Arrange the carrot slices on the bottom of a greased jelly form, put the meat on top. Add the parsley and pour the broth. Let cool for 4 hours. Remove carefully fat. Serve with lemon slices and parsley.
5. Boiled potatoes (mashed)
Ingredients:

Preparation:
